This service is built on the idea of “live long, die fast”. This means to live a life full of health, vitality, engagement, activity and connections, until a very old age, when we quickly decline and pass. The world remains very big until the short time at the end. But what we see most often, is a long steady decline after age 50, of chronic health conditions, decreased activity, loss of connections, reduced engagement in things that bring joy, reduced travel, increasing doctor office visits, and chronic pain. This can go on for years, with the world getting smaller and smaller, and the need for help from family and professional services growing.
